When something triggers a deep emotion inside you, it’s not a flaw—it’s a signal. A sacred invitation.​

The anger you feel, the sadness, fear, shame, unworthyness, hate or overwhelm is calling you. It needs you.​

Your emotional pain is a tender, aching part inside of you, that needs to be hold.​ Gently. Lovingly. Like you would hold a crying child. Just being there. Sitting beside it. Listen to it.

Your pain is sacred.


And true healing is not about rushing through it or trying to get rid of it. It’s about being with it, unconditionally.

 

There is nothing more healing than that.
That’s how it can integrate and you come home to yourself.

All of your rawest fears and darkest thoughts deserve to be met with warmth.

In this session, I gently guide you through the emotional charge that lives in your body—the feeling that keeps showing up again and again in different moments of your life.

We won’t focus on the latest triggering situation—the one that brought up the anger, sadness, shame, unworthiness, or frustration etc. Instead, we’ll do something simple yet super profound: we’ll sit with it fully, unconditionally. Meaning, we'll bring awareness and loving presence to this hurting part of us. This is where most of the healing happens. From there, I’ll guide you through a process including inner child work and meditation, helping these emotions integrate even deeper.

There is nothing more healing than meeting your emotions with unconditional presence.

I can’t heal it for you, but I can witness all of you with acceptance and guide you towards integration and emotional release. Together, we create a space where the heaviness of the emotion can lift, and you return to your wholeness.

Does this mean you will never experience this emotion again? No. We are still human and experience both negative and positive emotions. But you will be better able to not react automatically and to give yourself what you truly need: love and presence without condition—from the one person who matters most in your life, and who will be with you always: you.

This is about reclaiming your power and remembering that you can hold all of yourself. All of your emotions. Even when it feels impossible. And this time, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide you, to be present with you, and to help you find your way through.

Session Blueprint

In this session, I will guide you through a step-by-step, meditation-like process towards emotional release. This includes:

 

  • Drop in: We start by grounding and arriving in the present moment, creating a space of safety and presence

  • Explore the feeling: We focus on feeling the sensation in your body, without attaching to the story behind it.

  • Invite the Old Memory: We gently invite any connected memories that might be tied to the current emotion.

  • Inner Child Connection: Using guided visualization, we connect with your inner child.

  • Hold Space for Healing: Together, we sit with unconditional presence, allowing the emotion to release.

  • Return to Peace: We close by restoring peace and wholeness. This process allows deep emotional release and returns you to a state of calm and wholeness.

 

Required: There is an emotional pain inside that you can access (i.e. you feel anger/sadness/unworthyness etc.)

Q: How long is a session? Each session is as long as you need. Typically, we spend about 1-2 hours together, but the exact time depends on what arises in your body and emotions. Part of the healing is allowing yourself the space to fully feel and release—there’s no rush, no strict timeline. We’ll sit with what wants to be felt until it naturally moves.

Q: Do I need prior experience with meditation or emotional work? Not at all. This session is gentle and guided, suitable for anyone—whether it’s your first time exploring your emotions deeply or you’re experienced in self-awareness practices.

Q: How do I prepare for a session? There’s no strict preparation required. All you need is a quiet space where you feel safe and a willingness to be present with what arises. Wearing comfortable clothes and having a notebook nearby can help if you want to reflect afterward.

Q: How many session will I need? Every journey is unique, and there’s no set number of sessions that fits everyone. Many people experience profound shifts layer by layer, and it’s common to start with 4–5 sessions to begin integrating deeply. Some may feel a release sooner, others may take longer — the most important part is giving yourself the space to explore and heal at your own pace. Each session builds on the last, helping you reconnect with your inner strength, clarity, and presence.
