Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions and services offered by Johanna Siegmann, provided online or in person, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Nature of Services

The sessions I offer are intended for personal growth, self-reflection, and presence-based guidance.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I do not provide diagnoses or medical advice. If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please consult your doctor or therapist before booking a session.

No promise of healing or specific outcomes is made.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are made via my website request form or by email.

Each booking will be personally confirmed by me via email. Only then is the booking binding.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full before the session by bank transfer, Stripe or PayPal.

The booking is only confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

An invoice will be provided upon request.

I operate under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG); therefore, no VAT is charged.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling are possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the session are charged in full.

• If you do not attend the session (no-show), the full session fee is due.

6. Refund Policy

Once a session has taken place, refunds are not possible.

7. Liability

Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
I do not accept liability for how participants choose to interpret or apply content from the sessions.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and everything shared in sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared by me (such as meditations, recordings, videos, or written content) remain my intellectual property.
They are provided exclusively for your personal use.
Any copying, redistribution, or sharing with third parties is not permitted without my prior written consent.

10. Data & Privacy

Personal data (such as your name and email) is collected and processed only for the purpose of communication, session organization, and, if subscribed, for sending newsletters.
Your data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link provided at the bottom of each email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to German law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
