Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions and services offered by Johanna Siegmann, provided online or in person, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Nature of Services

The sessions I offer are intended for personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional support.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
I do not provide diagnoses or medical advice. If you are currently under medical or psychological care, please consult your doctor or therapist before booking a session.

3. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are made via my website request form or by email.

Each booking will be personally confirmed by me via email. Only then is the booking binding.

4. Payment

Payment is due after the session by bank transfer or PayPal.
Upon request, I will provide an invoice.
I operate under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG), therefore no VAT is charged.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the session.
If you cancel later than this, or do not show up, the full session fee is due.

6. Refund Policy

Once a session has taken place, refunds are not possible.

7. Liability

Participation in sessions is voluntary and at your own responsibility.
I do not accept liability for any consequences of applying practices or insights gained during the sessions.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information and everything shared in sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared by me (such as meditations, recordings, videos, or written content) remain my intellectual property.
They are provided exclusively for your personal use.
Any copying, redistribution, or sharing with third parties is not permitted without my prior written consent.

10. Data & Privacy

Personal data (such as your name and email) is collected and processed only for the purpose of communication, session organization, and, if subscribed, for sending newsletters.
Your data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link provided at the bottom of each email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is my place of residence.
